A Day in Bukit Melawati ( Week 5 )
Bukit Melawati is a rich historical site, making it one of Kuala Selangor’s most popular attractions. Also known as Melawati Hill, this small peak was once home to a mighty fortress built by Sultan Ibrahim of Selangor towards the end of the 17th century, in an effort to safeguard the state from the Dutch forces that had just conquered Malacca, down south the coast.From here, one can look out to the lush greenery and mangroves below and further out, a vista of open sea. Glancing at the right, the sea meets with the mouth of the Selangor River and if you look closely, you can see ships and boats sailing through. This particular point of the peak is also famous for the resident silver leaf monkeys, or langurs.
Lok Kawi Wildlife Park ( Week 4 )
Lok Kawi Wildlife Park, its about 25km from the capital city of Sabah, Kota Kinabalu .The park was just freshly launched and run by the Sabah Wildlife Department under the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Environtment.Lok Kawi Wildlife Park was open to public on the 17th February 2007. A Wildlife Park worth a visit for the animals of Borneo that one might otherwise not get to see in real nature. Lok Kawi Wildlife Park has a good collection of Borneo wildlife and provided decent facilities for these animals. The Wildlife Park is acombination of a zoo and a botanical garden.
Jalan-jalan:Pasar Filipina ( Week 3 )
Destinasi sasaran sudah tentulah Pasar Kraftangan Kota Kinabalu atau pun lebih dikenali sebagai Pasar Filipina di kalangan penduduk tempatan. Ia terletak di Jalan Tun Fuad Stephen bertentangan dengan Kompleks Sinsuran.Terdapat beraneka jenis kraftangan dijual di sini. Selain cenderamata dan kraftangan tempatan seperti rantai kunci, T-shirt dan juga ukiran kayu, terdapat juga kraftangan daripada negara-negara Asia yang lain. Sarung batik, tikar rotan, ukiran khat dan kerongsang.

Thaipusam Celebration ( Week 2)
A test of faith
The word Thaipusam is derived from the month name Thai and Pusam, which refers to a star that is at its highest point during the festival.It is an annual Hindu festival which draws the largest gathering in multi-racial Malaysia - nearly a million people.
